Woocommerce 'Started Checkout' not tracking

I’ve seen others with the same problem that has required someone from the Klaviyo team to investigate. I’ve tried the suggestions listed on those tickets and they don’t work.

 

I have already installed and linked the wordpress plugin. My sales data has all transferred, except for one issue: Started Checkout doesn’t track.

 

I can’t get started with my emails until this issue (and another I have a ticket open for) are resolved.

Same problem here started checkout not working in my woocommerce store too i  tried many things but still doesn’t work .

I just want to comment for anyone who may be having the same issue. As Dov suggested in another thread for a separate issue, I had a space at the start of my Klaviyo API Key in the Woocommerce plugin from when I copy/pasted. This has resolved the Started Checkout issue.
