Abandonded Cart block

Hi

i used a pre-build abandoned cart flow from the klaviyo library.

It doesn't appear to render the cart information & display the picture/price/title like i expect it would (used klaviyo a year ago so i think this is slightly different since then).

Below is the block, and then a screenshot of what is displayed in the preview (which is the same as live emails that go out)

I've searched a lot but could only see advice to go back and copy/favorite the original block, which i have done and still getting no data.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
