We’re experiencing issues with our Abandoned Cart and Abandoned Checkout flows, which are integrated with WooCommerce. After launching the flows, we’ve noticed that the Abandoned Cart flow isn’t triggering correctly. Specifically, every time a purchase is completed, we still receive abandoned cart emails.

Our tech person suggested testing the flows in Live mode, but we’re unsure how to do that or if it's feasible. Consequently, we've turned off the flows, despite having generated some revenue during the initial days.

We need assistance with the following:

  1. Ensuring Proper Functionality: How can we verify that our flows are working as intended? Are there specific settings or triggers we should review?

  2. Testing the Entire Flow: What’s the best way to test an entire flow to ensure it’s functioning correctly before reactivating it?

Attached are screenshots for reference. Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @LunaFr11

Sorry to see this challenge! Hope we can find a solution as a community!

Based on the screenshots you’ve shared. Everything checks out for each flow. However, do you have a profile example of someone who moved through either flow even though they completed a purchase? My main idea is that 1 hour might not be enough of a delay for your customers. However, they should still be removed after the first email goes out. Can you share the analytics for the messages in each flow? That will also identify the drop off point for each flow, which helps identify if your time delay is to short/long.
