Need some assistance with the abandoned cart flow, it seems users are receiving the abandoned cart flow even though they have made a purchase.
This is the trigger for the flow

Your flow filters are OK.
It’s possible that a new checkout-started event has put them into the flow again. If they do that after they’ve placed their order, they’ll receive the emails: they’ll pass the filters as they haven’t placed an order and they haven’t started a checkout since starting the flow. You can catch these by adding an additional AND filter “Skip anyone who has been in this flow in the last X hours/days/weeks”.
