Abandoned Cart Email Not Sending

hello when I create an abandoned cart campaign the emails are not sent even though the campaign is well configured. Only test emails are sent can you help me?

Can you clarify if you’re sending a flow email or a campaign email?

If it is a flow email, I recommend first checking to make sure the prerequisite event required to trigger the flow is being logged in your account. For Abandoned Cart, this should be Started Checkout or Added to Cart (depending on the type of abandoned cart flow you’re using). Also, have a look at the thread below which speaks to different reasons why a flow may not be dispatching an email:

Also make sure all flows emails are set to live mode. I also recommend checking out the skipped recipients sections check for things like smart sending (this applies to campaigns too), that may be skipping individuals from receiving the email. Also, if you place an order (complete the purchase) while proceeding through the Abandoned Cart flow, it’s expected that you will be skipped from subsequent email sends.
