My abandoned cart flow working well in January but it is not working in Feb . According to you what may be the issues?

Hey there,

Is the issue the number of conversions? Or is the flow no longer triggering for users who abandoned their cart?

Hey @Aftab

Thank you so much for coming to the Klaviyo Community for help with your abandoned cart flow!

@Spark Bridge Digital LLC is right on, it would be helpful to know what you mean by it stopped working. There are a number of reasons why something may not be showing the way you have become accustomed to. Your conversions metrics will tell us if your emails are being delivered, opened or clicked and how many bounced emails. If none of your emails are sending at all, do you have another person working with you on your Klaviyo account? Often times we see that an additional account is accidently added by a team member and it disrupts the flows you have set up. It would be helpful if you could also send your website domaine so we can check the coding to make sure another Klaviyo account wasn’t accidently added. Also, have you updated your product catalog in your ecommerce platform recently? If you have you may need to sync them again into Klaviyo to make sure they are populating in your abandoned cart flow correctly.

Let us know how we can get this working for you again! Thank you both for being part of the Klaviyo Community!

yes we have two person working on our klaviyo a/c

Hey @Aftab

I was able to look at your website and everything looks good with your Klaviyo javascript, there is only one linked account to your website so that is not the problem. Can you give us more information that was asked for previously? Without more information on how the flow is not working, compared to what you saw before, we won't be able to narrow down how to fix it.
