Abandoned Cart Flow link going to homepage and empty cart

Hi,
I’m kind of a beginner so sorry if I have a lot of questions in advance. I tried searching the answers but most are old and doesn’t really help.

I’m using Shopify and the abandoned cart checkout link is going to the homepage and not showing the items in the cart.
I’m using the tag {{ event.extra.checkout_url}}.

Use the URL of the cart page as the link in place of the tag.
it should be something like this domain name/cart
