Abandoned Cart Flow - Not Sending

Hello, my abandoned cart is not sending to all of the users for some reason and keeps skipping. Please see the flow below.

Hi @victoria1888, welcome to the community.

A few things I would fix:

  • Change the “Placed Order At Least Once Since Starting this Flow” to “Placed Zero Orders Since Starting this Flow”
  • You may want to tune down the 30 days, maybe make it 14 or 7 days?  That additional rule means once someone gets an abandone cart email (this Flow), they won’t get another email for 30 days.
  • Check to see if your emails have “Smart Sending” turned on.  Cart abandonment are an email you may want to consider having that turned off.
