Hi,

 

My abandoned cart flow has stopped working and I have researched but can’t work out why this is? I am using Klaviyo with Shopify.

 

I wondered if anyone on the community might be able to help me resolve this as I find Klaviyo support incredibly slow.

 

Even Klaviyo itself has flagged that this customer example should have been put into my abandon cart flow… but hasn’t.

I think this is not enough info to identify the problem, can you show how you abandoned cart flow is set up? Maybe you have some additional filters assign to emails in flow?

Sure, here is a screenshot of my abandoned cart flow and a screenshot of the trigger/filter:

 

 

Should the flow filter be ‘zero times’ ‘over all times’ instead of ‘since starting this flow’ ?

Hi @kflo 

It seems everything is set up properly. Did you test it with your test email? 

If you want to reach customers that already abandoned cart you need to back populate flow, because trigger will only work for new abandoned carts.
