The first thing I noticed with your flow is that doesn’t seem to be a condition “has not placed order since starting this flow”. This will help prevent anyone who does complete checkout within 2 hours of triggering the flow from continuing down the flow path. Second, what integration are you using for your POS tracking? Are you using a prebuilt integration or are you using a custom integration? Knowing this will help troubleshoot why these customers are moving through the flow even though they went through your POS.

We are only using our Shopify integration to track POS sales. I was sent this help article on another post, do you think setting up a filter like this when creating a flow would work to segment out pos orders?
