I have a Shopfiy website https://www.catherinevanhullebusch.com and I’ve set up an abandoned cart flow based on the Klaviyo template.
The ‘Return to cart’ button is working perfectly!
But in the email there’s also a picture of the product that is in the cart, with a link behind it » that link is not working. It’s taking me to this URL : https://www.catherinevanhullebusch.comproducts/deep-diving?_kx= and on that URL, I see the error message below:
This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in www.catherinevanhullebusch.comproducts.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
The link address that I see in the e-mail editor is this : {{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.handle }} . This is the Klaviyo default.
How can I fix this?
