Hi there, hope you can help!

I have a Shopfiy website https://www.catherinevanhullebusch.com and I’ve set up an abandoned cart flow based on the Klaviyo template. 

The ‘Return to cart’ button is working perfectly!

But in the email there’s also a picture of the product that is in the cart, with a link behind it » that link is not working. It’s taking me to this URL : https://www.catherinevanhullebusch.comproducts/deep-diving?_kx=  and on that URL, I see the error message below: 

This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in www.catherinevanhullebusch.comproducts.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

The link address that I see in the e-mail editor is this : {{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.handle }} . This is the Klaviyo default.

How can I fix this?

from what I see you are missing / after organization and in the link.. the link it says .comproducts… and it should be .com/products...

I changed the Link URL into : {{ organization.url }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}

(so I added a / just before ‘products)

But it’s still directing me to the same error page : https://www.catherinevanhullebusch.comproducts/deep-diving?_kx=z-nUX78dAJpddSKyNe0nuMgg6_XGCs1QNJ8LOxd9pQWCl4Gv7KbvFWA8b4_onmPJ.V2ntaH

(without the / , even if I adapted the URL and saved it)


I just want that link to go also to the cart…

So I also tried copying the link that is behind the ‘go to cart’ button onto the product : {{ event.extra.checkout_url}}

But that didn’t work either...

I just abandoned your checkout as a test and received your email. The image link and ‘return to cart’ work OK. However, the product title text needs to be amended as per @Bobi N. answer as it is not inserting the / before ‘products’ in the url

@Catherinevanhul if by any chance you encounter this with other links as well it might be a good thing to update your organization URL on this page and add a / behind your URL - https://www.klaviyo.com/settings/account/organization

Hi @Omar , I don’t have this issue with other links. However, I still wanted to try and I just added a / behind my URL on the account page, and the problem with the link in the abandoned cart is gone 🙏, thanks a lot!!!
