Dear Group,

I already created a mail template for abandoned carts 2 weeks ago. I have checked it today and must say that it not always sent a reminder mail to the customer. Today I got 2 customers, which have started the checkout but don’t end it. So normally they should get a reminder, but I can’t see them on the waiting list.

Below you’ll see my mail flow and some screenshots those can be helpful!

But if you check the waiting list in the recipient activity there are no names..

Welcome and thanks for sharing.

Just to check, are you sure it was not because the time delay? I want to clarify because you said 2 hours ago the person went through it. Therefore it would still need 2 more hours to complete the waiting process. 

There are many reasons why an abandoned cart flow might not send.
