Hi all,

 

I am currently testing the new abandonment cart flow which I built using a pre-default Klaviyo template. Product links, however, lead to the main page instead of AC page. Has anyone experienced this?

 

We do have UTM tracking set up on account level. And I am testing this flow by creating filter criteria applied to my profile fields (email contains test address). 

 

Any ideas what I could do to fix please?

Can you share what trigger you are using and the dynamic variables in the email template?
