Our abandoned checkout is every so often sending a customer the first email in quick succession (sometimes even simultaneously).
I have seen a few other questions about this and the suggestion is to add a time delay on the flow but we already have this. The set up can be seen below:
Would these two things potentially solve this:
1, Turn smart sending on (we didn’t have this on as we wanted them to receive a campaign email if it happened to go out at the same time)
2, Add a flow filter saying ‘Started Checkout zero times since starting this flow’
Would love any help and feedback on this.
