Hi, I am new to all this and I have a simple question. In a campaign one customer “marked email as spam”.

Does this mean that the customer marked it as spam or his email provider (hotmail) did this automatically?

It is odd to me since this customer is kindof a friend and we have great contact :)

Great question! When you see a spam complaint for your emails, those are complaints made by your recipient themselves.
