We are doing a campaign using a text only email to make it look like it’s genuinely coming from a human. At the very bottom, we want to insert an image (think logo). Does anyone know the custom HTML required to do this? Would the image need to be housed somewhere other than Klaviyo?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @themichaelwilly,

Thanks for sharing this with us.

You'll be able to insert the image HTML tag within the Source of your Plain Text email. You can learn more about that here. The image wouldn’t need to be housed outside of Klaviyo.

Once you input the image into the Source, click Source again and you should see the image populate - see example below.

I hope that’s helpful.

Thanks so much. Would I be able to upload the image in Klaviyo and get a public URL for it? In your example it was a 3rd party website image you linked to.

Hi @themichaelwilly,

Thanks for your follow-up note.

Yes, you can follow the steps here to learn how to upload an image to Klaviyo. That will be a publicly accessible URL.
