"Add to cart" trigger is missing

Hi team,

I have 3 queries I’m looking to solve.

  1. "Add to Cart" trigger is missing on the Klaviyo account. How do I bring it on?
  2. For CTA button, what URL should I use for a cart abandonment email?
  3. What dynamic text/image should I use for the same?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for posting your question in the community! 

The Add to Cart function is an additional script outside of the standard Checkout Started event that needs to be added. Once the script has been added, the campaign functions very similarly to the Viewed Product/Browse Abandonment, meaning, the event will fire for each product that is added to the cart, so, you’ll want to configure the flow to only send the email once within a session.

The URL will be {{ event.URL }} and the image will be {{ event.imageURL }}.
