I wanted to see if anyone has ever included a check box questionaire in their ‘thank you’ flow to allow customers to tell them more info about themselves. I have a cartilage earrings business and want to know which piercings customers have so I can send them customised emails. I’ve had a look at segments and lists and think that each piercing could have a separate list. I just dont know how to trigger this in my emails? Does anyone have any links to useful content?
