N/A

Hi @jessicamdf,

Thanks for sharing this question with us.

Perhaps you can clarify which page you’re referring to as the “tracking page”? Keep in mind, If the page is hosted outside of Klaviyo (i.e. a page containing a Shopify URL, which may be the result of a re-direct from a Klaviyo order or shipping confirmation email) we won’t be able to modify the content of that page.

Klaviyo can only populate order information (item price, name, quantity etc.) through a dynamic block if that information is contained in a Klaviyo email.

I hope that’s helpful.

Sorry I figured this out myself but can’t delete the post. That’s why I wrote ‘N/A’ in the post content.
