Hello!

I am trying to send a post booking email (products from Shopify) which includes:

  • what service they booked
  • time and date of the appointment

What would be the steps to do this?

Welcome to the Community, happy to help! 

 

You would do this in a post purchase flow and have to investigate the event data coming into Klaviyo from Shopify to then pull these variables into your flow email, specifically event tags, similar to how you pull the variables you need when making an abandon cart email!
