Is there a way for a button within an email sent from Klaviyo to create an auto reply email?

Can you provide a little more insight to what you are looking for? Are you looking to create a button that allows customers to reply to your email? Or are you looking to have a pre-generated response when a customer replies to your marketing?

You can set a reply-to address for individual messages within Klaviyo so your customers contact the right teams in your business. You can find more information about that here: 

If you are looking to create a reply email that automatically sends when a customer contacts you, unfortunately that is not currently possible within Klaviyo as we have no way to identify when a customer responds to your businesses inbox. However most (if not all) ESPs offer this functionality within your inbox settings.
