My question is two-fold:
1) My BIS report that is sent to me every Monday works correctly for the “most requested items”, but the majority of those items are old and discontinued. Is there a way to clean up that report to include only Active or Draft Shopify skus?
2 ) Another byproduct of this old BIS flow is that has 5,000+ queued recipients for product that has been discontinued. (There are also a few hundred newer BIS recipients that are part of the same revised flow that is working correctly). Knowing that the discontinued list will never receive an email do I just have them sit on the list forever or is there a way to edit the recipient list for those who are in limbo?
