Hi, my colleagues and I are not receiving any preview tests or live campaigns. I have raised this issue with support who are looking into it, and have raised it with Product and Engineering, but wonder if anyone in the community has experienced a similar issue?

I was able to chat with our support team about your open ticket and everything they shared with you in the ticket is exactly what I would have offered here. They shared that you have a campaign that is supposed to be sent today, so I understand the urgency. Im going to also ask a peer on the deliverability team for addition support for you to get this solved ASAP!
