Hi. Are we able to set the tracking links on emails to one that is using our own subdomain rather than the Klaviyo tracking domain? Somewhat like how we’re able to use a custom domain for Klaviyo’s SMS marketing links, but for email.
I’ve attached some examples below.
Also, I see two different tracking link domains (and subdomain) that Klaviyo uses for tracking email clicks, trk.klclick.com, trk.klclick1.com, and ctrk.klclick1.com, and these two domains don’t normally mix for the same sender (as if the domain assigned to the sender and that’s going to be the domain used for their email clicks tracking with Klaviyo moving forward). What determines which domain is assigned for the sender?
