Hello,

I am having issues with my browse abandonment emails not populating.  I can see from the analytics that data is being collected, however data feed doesn't seem to be flowing the info through to the email in every case (see photos below).  Can anyone help me trouble shoot how to fix this?

This is probably because you installed your product tracking code on pages that are not product pages. From that third image where data is empty it is showing the link to your homepage. Meaning you probably installed your product tracking code on theme.liquid or some other page that is representing your home page. 

You need to make sure to install the product tracking code just on the product pages so you don’t have problems like this. Because it looks into the product info and when on a page there is no product it returns empty/none data

Thanks for your reply. That makes sense, because I definitely think I have installed the tracking on my theme.liquid. - oops!
