I need some assistance with my abandoned checkout flow. I am using Kaching Bundles on Shopify and running Buy 1 Get 1 FREE when I preview the flow it shows that customers who purchased are seeing 2x the price, so instead of the Buy 1 Get 1 FREE they see product price of 1 unit x2.

Can you share a screenshot of the event data that is being passed into Klaviyo from the Kaching Bundles setup? Your current setup looks good, but Im wondering how this data is being passed into Klaviyo? I think the problem is that the Kaching Bundle data isn’t passed into Klaviyo correctly. Most likely this offer is recognized by Shopify, but when the event data is being synced, Klaviyo is viewing this as two of the same product instead of buy one get one. The discount or bundle may not be recognized correctly.
