How can I fix the issue?

Welcome to the community and happy BFCM! While I don’t have access to your account I have reached out to our support team for help with this. One of your campaigns was sent but the other was not because you had Smart Sending turned on, meaning that they weren’t sent the campaign because they were sent another campaign within the sending timeframe you have set in your account.
