Hello,

 

I’ve also just had this issue and I don’t know if I should send it again or just wait, but I need this campaign to be sent today. What should I do?

 

I sent it at 11AM without scheduling, using “Send now”, but it’s been stuck in the “Scheduling” status ever since.

Sorry you experienced this challenge! This was a known bug, however it should now be resolved. All messages that appeared “stuck” should have been fully sent now. Please check your campaign analytics to make sure that it has completed the send. If it still hasn’t, please let me know so I can escalate the issue to our backline support team!
