I had an email campaign scheduled for April 6 at 4:08 p.m and Canceled During Send on April 6 at 4:23 p.m. During that time it went out to everyone, 99.8% delivery rate. You can technically say the campaign still went out.

It doesn’t come up in my reporting though, is there a way of pulling the analytics for these types of campaigns. Also I find it strange how archived campaign show up in analytics but canceled campaigns don’t.

Hi there @vylla001

Would love to help shed some light on this!

Even though the campaign was ‘cancelled’ you can still go to your Campaigns Tab > Click on the Specific Campaign > and be able to see the full report of the cancelled campaign’s performance as you normally would for a successfully sent out campaign.

Hope this helps!

Hi can someone help me understand this. If the e-mail campaign being cancelled still went out and everyone of the recipient received it and I can also see the analytics, then was it really cancelled ? What does it mean by cancelling the campaign.
