Our customers are replying to our email and it is going to a completely unrelated email address, one that is unused. How can we amend this? The email in question has the correct ‘reply to’ email.

When you are creating an email campaign in Klaviyo, on the Content step (#2) does it have the correct email address here as the sender address and is the tick box below it ticked? (if so, this would indicate this as the reply-to email address)

 

If this is all correct, I would suggest looking at your email auto-forwarding rules in case there is one in play.
