I would like to inquire about the Condition Split feature in Klaviyo flows. When using the 'where items' condition with a specific keyword, does it select all items that contain this keyword, or is there a more refined way to filter based on the keyword?

Hi @talhahussain ,

Thank you for sharing the query in the community!

Based on the image you shared, it means identifying those who have placed an order at least once since starting the flow, where the items contain the mentioned ones.

Hope this helps!

Hi @talhahussain ,

Yes, adding 'voopoo' does mean Klaviyo will consider all the items that include the 'voopoo' keyword.
