Hi all, 

 

I would like to include an conditional trigger split of the fulfillment status (we using shopify) in my already existing customer thank you flow. 

So if the fulfilment is completed customers get the planned mails of the flow and if not they will get an information about the delay. 

Following adding another trigger of the fulfillment status in the flow a few days later and if the order is fulfilled they get the planned mails of the flow. 

 

Can someone help me in this case?

I have one questions really quick, what is the flow trigger you have set up for this flow and do you have any filters added to the flow trigger? Knowing what you have set as the trigger for the flow will help us understand what dynamic profile properties can be used later in the flow as a conditional split. I’ll be on the lookout for your response!
