Hello Klaviyo Support,

We are looking at attributed flow revenue for Placed Order metric on metrics page and Dashboard summary. The two do not match for the same timeframe. Do you know why the dashboard numbers are lower?

Welcome to the community

I had noticed this a while back and had contacted klaviyo’s chat support to determine what was causing this and they said that the Metric page shows timezone based on Browser Timezone, whereas the Dashboard Overview is in Account Timezone (Us/Eastern), so there may be a possible mismatch of information, depending on when we are determining the event time/dates

Metrics page - browser timezone
Dashboard - account timezone

Thank you for you response! But that does not seem to be the case. Everything is in EST on this account. There must be some filtering or rules applied to dashboard.
