I have two flows setup that have the same problem. Costumers qualify to enter the flow yet they do not enter it. No email is sent (nor skipped). Here is a screenshot of the flow triggers for the last costumer. This costumer has entered its name and email on the checkout page such that a new profile was created. 

 

Indeed the flow is live.
Any idea how to solve this ?

Quick question, what is the consent status on the profile? Often times profiles are added from your site without subscribing to your marketing (used for transactional messages). Or if you have double opt in turned on, they may not have completed the second step confirming their subscription.


The profile has the status “email subscribed” and there is no optin for flows as far as I know ? And the newsletter list is set to single-optin

So I really do not know what the problem is.. Here a screenshot of the profile current situation. No email sent.
