If you want to create custom properties in a flow, then all you need to do is drag and drop “Profile Property Update” and then you can ‘create’, ‘update’, ‘remove’ profile properties inside a flow.

If you want to trigger a flow for those profiles who have a particular custom property, you can create a segment of profiles who have that custom property with its value, and then trigger that flow with that segment.

thank you @ArpitBanjara for the response, here is the thing i need to set a flow with a trigger that would send to those who just purchased a ticket for an event that is meant to come up on sme certain days, so i was asked to create a custom property for _timezoneStart and i should use that same property for the flows, now i need the trigger i want to set up for it and the custom property its value is meant to be -1 and using calendar so to be able to send out the flow at the appropriate time.
