In my browse abandon flow, certain profiles when they view a product enter the browse abandon browse flow as they should but the data in Klaviyo doesn’t show information about the product they viewed. Something like this- 

 

And this ends up in them recieving emails with like this-

 

This should have the image of the product, name and price.

Why does this happen and what can I do?

From what I can see here the url is your home page for this example. This usually happens when you install the tracking code on a wrong place. You probably installed in in some main file that also is covering your home page so when people visit your home page it is recorded as a viewed product but since there is no specific product there is no data in the event. 

The solution should be to remove the product tracking code from the home page and make sure that it is installed only on product pages..
