I can think of 2 ways, one is manual one is automatic.

The manual version is flow triggered by list. You create new empty list and set up the flow. Then on the date you want to trigger this flow you just upload people to that list (before uploading make sure the flow is live). And for the other email make sure you use time delays that will set the emails go on a specific date depending from the start of the flow.

The automatic version is set up a flow just for updating a property, create a segment of people who you want to be in that date triggered flow, use that segment as trigger for the flow that will give people date property and in this flow the only thing you will do is add new date property to people. You will give the property name and the value will be the date when you want to trigger this specific date flow. Then back-populate the flow so all the people in that segment will get that property. Once they do get it, then you can create your date property flow with the date you just gave to people and that would be when your flow will start, for the other emails you will have to plan the dates by setting the proper time delays again.

@Staunch digitals if it's date related, why not create just schedule it as a campaign?
Any specifics you're doing or trying to do in the flow?

Also as @Bobi N. mentioned indeed these would be the 2 options. The 3rd option would be to download the email addresses, add another (date) field in the CSV and upload again using the set date and then have a flow that triggers on that specific date you've entered.
