Are you using shopify markets or a specific plugin for multilanguage?
The best way I would suggest to handle this is to ask the subscribers directly in what language they will like to receive emails. This is the most foolproof way.
You could use “Shopify flow” to send the language data to Klaviyo as a profile property but keep in mind that this dynamic variable can be changed if people i.e. visit the wrong language of the site or if you mistakenly send a campaign with the opposite site language url.
So best is to ask or have signup forms which ask this or forms that only trigger on specific languages.
