I have a number of e-mail flows (Abandonment cart, Welcome series, etc...) but the customer does not receive an e-mail for this, while the e-mail is live in my flow. How can I solve this?

There’s a lot that could cause a flow to not trigger/activate. I would recommend checking out our Troubleshooting a flow article which offers a guided form that walks you through troubleshooting some common causes.
