Double trigger in welcome series

Hello klaviyo community!

I have a problem with my welcome email series. I have created a simple flow where users who leave their email sign up to my newsletter after a double opt-in. The problem is that after activating the trigger, two very similar versions of the email are sent (some changes in the format and some phrases that I have been modifying). I understand that it is sending the last version of the email I created and a previous version but I can't find the second version to cancel it. I only have one flow created and it only sends one email, does anyone know what this could be due to?

@Taylor Tarpley @stephen.trumble - this seems like there’s a Klaviyo bug causing the error… Is this something either of you could help alert the product team to please?
