Hi team,

We’re building an Abandoned Cart workflow and having some issues with the images on the template. The workflow is triggered by an API called Abandoned Cart, and we’re using the variables in the event to pull the image into the template. {{ item.asset.url }} is the image url to be embedded into dynamic image.

When we preview it, the image works but when we trigger email to our Gmail account, none of it display. It only shows when we view it via View online link.
