Email not being sent

I have set up Abandoned Cart flow and Customer thank you flows in my klaviyo account. But the emails are not being sent to the customer ? None of the flows are sending emails I even selected the Single opt-in Option as well.

Can someone please help?

Yes there maybe 2 issues

  • You Integration is not done properly
  • Your store is not getting traffic , so not a single customer go for a checkout process & placed the order.
