What are the best practices for exporting a list of users who have received or been skipped from a flow?  Since I can only export the full list and not set date parameters, the number of users gets bigger every day and sometimes can take hours to export.  Is there a certain time of day or better strategy for exporting these lists?

Hi @Adrienne, welcome to the community!

Can you help me understand why you’re wanting to export profiles that received a flow OR who were skipped from a flow? What are you trying to accomplish here?

Warmly,

Gabrielle

Hello - sorry I didn’t word that well, I’m pulling separate lists for the skipped users (holdouts) and those who received the email.

Thanks for clarifying @Adrienne!

For those who already received the email: what’s your intent and goal for exporting those recipients as a CSV?

For those who were skipped and did not receive the email: are you attempting to resend that flow email to them? Similarly, what’s your intent?

It’s most likely for at least one of these groups, you can accomplish your goal without exporting any data as a CSV...
