Would love to have support for webp added asap. We’re finding more and more that supplier images are supplied in webp format. This is great for our webstore as webp is an optimised format for speed, but when it comes to Klaviyo it means that we can no longer drag and drop images from our webstore into Klaviyo flows and campaigns...disappointing as we then have to convert the image to jpg and import to Klaviyo manually which is a lot more work.

Supporting WebP format in Klaviyo would be a game-changer for us too. As suppliers increasingly provide images in WebP, it's great for website performance but adds extra steps when creating campaigns. Converting WebP to JPG manually is time-consuming. Native WebP support would streamline workflows and save valuable time. Hoping to see this feature added soon!

If you’re using WebP files in emails, always include fallback images (PNG or JPEG). Why? Because apps like Apple Mail and iPhone Mail don’t support them. Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and others only offer partial support. No fallback = broken emails. Just my $.02

Thank you for pointing that out! As part of my service, I always ensure fallback images (PNG or JPEG) are included for full compatibility across email clients. While WebP is efficient, managing it effectively within Klaviyo can still be optimized. I would be happy to help streamline this process for your campaigns!
