My client would like to receive more Okendo reviews for a specific item group only, so I’m trying to design a Product Review flow that triggers only when this specific item is purchased.
It doesn’t look like I can set up a flow trigger anymore on review requests that sends to only purchasers of this product. Does anyone happen to know a workaround? I’ve duplicated the template to a Post-Purchase flow that does allow item triggering, but then the Okendo Review table doesn’t show to allow for quick reviews.
