First large-scale flow, can someone see any obvious issues with it?
Hello, I was wondering if any flow-experts could review the one that I’ve recently created for the company I work for? I’ve been using Klaviyo for over a year now, but have typically stuck to individual campaigns. Would like to get more familiar and confident in setting up flows for automation purposes. I’m not sure how flows are typically shared on this forum. If it were to be an individual screenshot, I believe the text would be too small for it to be legible.
Thank you.

If you screengrab and share your flow (including separate views of trigger/profile filters, conditional split conditions, etc) , we should be able to see and zoom in to review. Also, describe the objectives and outcomes you are expecting,

The above three images should show the structure of the flow. Essentially, I wanted something to send automated suggested accessory emails whenever someone purchases one of our main items. If I set it up correctly, after someone makes a purchase, it will either follow the “yes” or “no” path down until it reaches the branch of the item that they purchased, and they will begin to receive suggested accessory products over a period of time.
My main concern is how it will function whenever two different items are purchased together at the same checkout.
For example, the first branch of the flow is dedicated to “Crossover tool boxes”. While not always, these are typically purchased alongside “side mount tool boxes.” I tried to structure it so if someone purchased a crossover tool box, they would received suggested item emails and the flow would check to see if they purchased a side mount alongside their crossover tool box. If yes, they will not receive a side mount suggested email. If no, they should.
Please let me know if you see any obvious errors with this.
Thank you!
Hello @JMS012
I would recommend simplifying the flow by breaking it into multiple smaller flows. Specifically, wherever you have a 30-day wait, I suggest creating a new flow for that section.
For example:
One flow dedicated to suggesting Crossover tool boxes.
A second flow for suggesting Side mount tool boxes.
In your current setup, there are waits of more than 120 days. Now, imagine a situation where someone buys two products within a 30-day period. Can a profile remain in two different stages of the same flow at once? Likely not.

Thank you for that, Max! Definitely understand how making their size more manageable would be beneficial.
