Sorry to hear that you discovered that your campaigns and flows got deleted! Sometimes this happens when users create multiple Klaviyo accounts and integrated them with the same store by mistake. Additionally, only campaigns in draft mode can be deleted from your account. Once deleted, campaigns cannot be recovered; Any campaign that was sent or cancelled can be archived. Another possible issue could be that you have multiple accounts and need to be logged into he correct one. You can read more about multi account access here: About Multi-Account User Privileges.

Lastly, the best case scenario to recover flows and look into why your campaigns have disappeared would be to Contact Support because they will have the ability to look into your account in-depth and see what was going in with it.
