I noticed that one of my flows is almost completely emtpy and almost no new profiles have been added.

After I checked that I indeed have had customers who bought a product with certain SKU (which is the trigger) I checked in Trigger Preview and these customers get/got a green check, yet they have not been added to the flow?

Any ideas?

Were those eligible orders placed before the flow was set to live?

No its been up for over 6 months I would say.
Other flows seem to be working fine as well.

I am thinking of just creating a new flow and seeing if I can back-fill it if I set the same trigger filters.

Except I have dynamic coupons in the email. How would I best go about this?
First back-fill, and then add the dynamic coupons? Or would that not link a dynamic coupon to the users that were filled before the dynamic coupons were activated?
