I have several flows set up and all of them are working but 1… ugh.. any advice?

Can you share more details.. what is wrong with it? And how the flow looks so we can offer some suggestions.. Maybe the metric is not working or maybe something else is wrong..

  1. First, Double check that all the trigger events for the flow are set up and working smoothly.

  2. And Make sure that all the conditions for the flow are properly defined and being met.

  3. Then, Take a look at the email templates used in the flow to make sure they're all good to go. No errors or weird formatting that could be causing problems.

  4. After that, Check the flow's activity log for any reported errors.

  5. If all else fails, try duplicating the flow and making some changes to see if that resolves the issue.
