We have a custom Return Delivered flow that sends an email explaining we are now processing a returned order.
The problem is for some profiles, even though the trigger is registered on their profile (like below):
They then don’t get sent the email, even though they are subscribed and this is the trigger:
And if I then check in the flow’s preview for a profile that has the trigger in their profile but no email sent, it says they should have been sent one:
Where as the successful ones have this in their profile:
Does anyone have any idea what might the issue? Thanks
